No matter what the issue is counselling can help shed new light on problems and help you understand your feelings. I like to think of therapy as helping people who feel “stuck” get “unstuck.”
We're not looking at 'fixing' things that is a short term solution. Counselling is about building solid foundations to lead the life you want. It can be hard work and there may be bumps along the way but we will go at your pace. There may be work to do in between sessions and new ways of thinking to come to grips with.

You can call or email me I will aim to call you back within 24 hours to discuss your needs and arrange an appointment.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and I charge a standard rate of £45. I reserve a fixed number of spaces for clients on low incomes at a lower rate.
Your first session is a chance for us to see if we're a good match for therapy and to give you some support right away.
I also offer Skype and telephone counselling at a charge of £35 for a 50 minute session
